The Bridge Inn is the perfect place to visit for relaxing in Sale.
Situated on the stunning Bridgewater Canal in south Manchester, spend your time sipping on our award-winning cask ales from JW Lees, Manchester’s oldest brewery and tucking into our delicious dishes whilst watching the ducks swim by.
On chilly day we have our conservatory, ideal for relaxing and enjoying one of our lovingly cooked meals. We always welcome four legged friends and even have designated spots for them to relax after a walk around the local area.
We boast an extensive range of JW Lees beers including Manchester Pale Ale, Original Lager, Manchester Craft Lager and our famous JW Lees Bitter. You’ll also find a wonderful collection of the most popular spirits and world wines to suit every occasion for a tipple.

Our home-cooked seasonal dishes are perfect for cosy gatherings with friends and family in Sale. Choose from delicious new dishes like Crispy fried spiced chicken thighs, Smoked bacon loin chop, Fritto misto and Roasted cauliflower. Also not forgetting timeless pub classics and hearty winter-warming pies, you can expect plenty of choice when looking through our menus. From John Willies beer battered fish to Slow braised steak & JW Lees ale pie there’s a dish for everyone.
